We read everything and aim to reply within one business day. Reports of objectionable content or abusive users are reviewed within 24 hours.
Common questions
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Delete account. This permanently removes your data.
- Reset your password: on the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and follow the email link.
- Report or block someone: use the Options button on any row in Friends or Friend Requests.
- AI estimates: calorie counts, body-fat estimates, and workout suggestions are estimates for fitness tracking, not medical advice.
